Now, don't get me wrong, Reece is pretty cool, for a sissy. I mean, I can beat him up, so... not impressed. But, I can pretty much beat up anyone in the house. But here's the thing: we all have to REALLY behave because of new rules.
#1 - No jumping on Carmen's belly to play with the puppy she's growing in there. I mean, her belly LOOKS like it's big enough to have a puppy come out, but the Mommies keep saying we have to wait until September. BORING!
#2 - No roughhousing with Reece. Sheesh. You'd think that just because Ziva, Max and I all had him pinned on the ground making growly noises and playing vampire that we're BULLYING him. Whatever.
#3 - I gotta get my hair cut! The mommies say that I have too much fur and that I'm poofing out pollen and stuffs, making Carmen wheeze. They say we gotta protect the puppy in her tummy, so *I* have to suffer the indignation of getting trimmed. I hope she has 12 puppies, by the way. That would be cool.
#4 - We can't jump on Max because he has boo boo'd legs. Something about hip dysplasia and muscles and stuffs. He went to the really nice vet at Gwinnett Animal Hospital that helps Echo walk when he's hurting, and she did some stuffs to his legs. He says he feels a little better now so MAYBE someday soon we can start roughhousing with him again.
And of course, pictures of me. I'm so pretty. I don't want to be trimmed!

Dief! Are they kidding about cutting your hair?!?! You know you need that for insulation against the heat - and to protect your skin from sunburn! Oh, I hope they're kidding!
We have lots of rules here, too. Most of them aren't any fun at ALL. I am strongly against the "no Siberians on the furniture" rule. It's discriminatory!

No, Dief, don't let them do it - you just can't get your furs cut - they take like a hundred years to go back, and all that hot sun won't be good for you. Hope you can talk them out of it.

Hey Diefie! Good to see ya. Sad to hear about all the stoopid rules. These hoomans with their rules. Phbbbtt! I am so sad about your hair. Don't they know you will cry when they cut it off. If you want, you could move in over here and we will take turns staying outside with two inside. They will never figure it out. They stoopid!

Yeah, they aren't gonna shave me, just thin me out a little and trim me to maybe 2 inches long instead of 5. I might still talk them out of it but I mat so easily it gets Mommy Cate frustrated. I keep telling her I want dreadlocks!

Dief - the horrors. But do be really careful with any trim. Miss Kiska, our resident wooly, gets a few light trims to remove knots and to keep the paws functional, but everyone is right that your fur keeps you cool as well as hot!

I think woo need to find a good way of revenge. Maybe mud in the house... or wait., I brought in a live rat once, that was fun and exciting!
